I have been waiting for over a month to be paid for a refund that was taken from my account and a damage claim for my product that was returned destroyed. Their customer service is a joke.
There is no phone number to call; instead, they force you to communicate via email, and you will wait for days just to get a reply but get no solution. I am seriously considering legal action at this point.

This is the way this was shipped. The Ibanez logo on the face has lights behind it.
The logo was shipped separately and wrapped in the box. The mounting bracket was busted off, and this is how it came.
$680.00 is what I paid with shipping. The shipper said he was under no obligation to accept the return.

I'm trying to have a conversation, and I can't do it. I need to talk to someone.
This is awful; I'll never, ever use Reverb again. I've been trying to have a package picked up. When I call UPS, it says it's on its way back, but it's still at my house. I've been trying to return it.
No one understands me. I need to talk to someone. Reverb said you would send me a return label but never did. The seller sent me an item that didn't look like the pictures.
I need to talk to someone. The pictures below; the sellers are the first two, and the second three are what he sent me. No one's done anything. You keep sending me everywhere.
This is awful. No one's done a damn thing.

Hello, really don't know what to say. I offer say good condition but in reality have some problem, switch 1&2 intermittent connection. Usually never buy used equipment so I not really happy what i see.

I got the rolling drum case, and it broke literally the first time I used it. So I called, of course, to get a refund, but both the seller and Reverb refuse to do anything to make this right.
I was ripped off, and this is incredibly unprofessional. And their reason to justify robbing me is that I threw out the battered and wet cardboard box it came in.

DoI purchased a very hard to find guitar 2011 60 lespaul classic ebony,specific black case with silver logo.brand new! Checked out as a guest because the site wouldnt let me create an account.
Now i am being refunded purchase that i didnt ask for! I just wanted the guitar and made what i thought was a legit purchase. Cant talk to anyone to resolve issue and make sale come true on my dream guitar.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Would never recommend buying from them to anyone unless this is made right and I receive the guitar i purchased.
