Don't buy from Reverb. Robots block you from filing a claim.
No phone number, no monitored email. They will not help if an item arrives damaged. Promised a resolution weeks ago.

Robots suck. No help, understand nothing, wrong information, ultimately just closed every chat I opened.
I couldn't get a human to listen to me. I got an email that sounded human which I replied to and never got a response back.I had to contact my credit card to cancel the transaction and get my money back because they would not work with me to negotiate
Arrived damaged. Won't help to load a video of the damage.
Bots send me stuff I can't understand. Fifteen chat sessions with bots and 'service' people that just close the chat. Hours and hours wasted. Worthless.
Not my fault, but I have to do this work for hours for nothing. Still can't give video.

Reverb made it very hard to submit my evidence my guitar was damaged from shipping and unplayable. When I did provide photos, explanation and video I never heard anything back from them.
The chat bots wouldn't let me go past a question of what my question was about. I answered and it said chat ended every time. I got an email from a person saying my case was being expedited and I would find out in 5 days.
That was 10 days ago. I sent messages through the bot and email but no reply

It doesn't bring me there with an email. I have no idea what to write there, so I don't even know if my item is on Reverb or not because I can't look it up, and it's driving me crazy.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Provided a copy of my signature from my license.
I sign the "A" in my name pointy. GLS signature provided showed an oval "A" a clear forgery. The seller issued a refund immediately. GLS refused to refund the seller.
Do not trust GLS! They don't verify ID and take no accountability.
GLS delivered the item to the wrong address and accepted a forged signature without ID. I sign my name with a pointy A, not an oval A.
The problem I have with Reverb is that there is zero buyer protection. The online chat agent is useless and never connects to a live agent. It just keeps you in the queue indefinitely. The seller took GLS's side until I supplied my signature on my driver's license to prove it.
It has been 2 weeks and no item or refund yet.
Terrible customer service. I will not shop at Reverb ever again.

Talk to people. Ive been trying to talk to a live person at revrb all afternoon.
Reverb sucks. Im quitting them and Ill never deal with them again.
You absolutely can not talk to a live person at reverb. Someone already bought something and charged it to me and,of course I cant get hold of reverb.

This is a company handling millions of dollars in sales per week, but they do not have any telephone support. Only email support that may reply to you in a couple of days.
Note it could be a $5,000 purchase or sale; that's all they can offer. The company also simply doesn't care about sellers. Made dozens of sales with 5-star reviews, paid thousands of dollars in fees? Great.
Had a few offsite transactions through their messaging platform? Outright suspension.
Neither do the decisions make any logical or even financial sense (banning sellers that have a bulk of their sales via Reverb is to their detriment in terms of platform fees earned) - the marketplace integrity specialists do not know when to exercise tact or consider past history. They will treat you like a criminal or con artist despite all the fees you may have paid over the years.

There was no customer service i ordered an item from their website I just received the item to learn it was defective not as described i want a full refund
